United Collection Bureau, Inc. (UCB, Inc.) has appointed Jack Klein as Vice-President of Compliance for the organization. Jack has 11 years of experience in corporate and debt collection service compliance.

Prior to joining UCB, Jack was employed with another large U.S. based debt collection agency, where he held the position of Legal Administrator.  During his tenure, Mr. Klein was instrumental in establishing and operating a Legal and Compliance Department.

“Due to the pressures that consumers are faced with as a result of these difficult economic times, UCB continues to invest in additional resources to insure not only compliant communications, but also positive, supportive, fair and ethical handling of all consumers placed with our agency throughout the process,” said Sanju Sharma, President & CEO of UCB, Inc. "The officers of UCB are excited about Jack Klein’s new role in the organization," said Sanju Sharma.  “Jack’s experiences will be instrumental in further implementing, revising, and ensuring that UCB is fully compliant within all areas of the company," said Mr. Sharma. “This brings another significant resource to the company dedicated to compliance which will enhance our significant investments in controls through technology and human resources.”

In addition to managing compliance, Jack Klein has considerable experience in managing licensing, bonding, and insurance programs for collection agencies. He also has spent time as an operation manager overseeing both Human Resources and Compliance, and through the years has become well known and respected by several industry attorneys and the American Collectors Association.  "I am excited to start my new role in this organization," said Jack Klein.  "It is nice to see an organization invest in further growing a compliance department as the organization is getting larger," said Mr. Klein.
