NCO Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NCOG) said yesterday that it will report second quarter earnings after the close of business on Monday, July 31, 2006.

Also, on the heels of the announcement that the company will go forward with a planned acquisition by its CEO and a private equity group, the company said that it will not host an investor conference call following the earnings release.
