West Asset Management, the accounts receivables management and portfolio purchasing division of West Corporation, today announced that it has streamlined its operations into two divisions: Receivables Services and Purchase Receivables.

As part of this process, Jeff Shiovitz, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the Receivables Services division. The Purchase Receivables group is still being managed by Tye Hanna, who is also an EVP. Hanna joined West when his company, Worldwide Asset Management was acquired by West in 2004. Both individuals report directly to Jim Richards, President of West Asset Management, who also came to West through an acquisition: Attention LLC.

“I am pleased to announce Jeff’s promotion to head of our Receivables Services team,” said Richards. “His experience, combined with our new structure, will enable us to achieve greater results through improved operational efficiencies.”

Shiovitz joined West Asset Management in January of this year, after 24 years in the industry during which he held positions in both operations and sales.
