Bradley IV, is trustee, has entered into a pre-arranged, non-discretionary stock trading plan. The plan was adopted in accordance with guidelines specified under SEC Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Asset Acceptance Capital Corp.’s policies regarding stock transactions.
