EOS Group Opens New ARM Company in Croatia

Hamburg, Germany and Zagreb, Croatia – As of 1 March 2009, the EOS Group, an Otto Group company, entered the Croatian market. The new local company EOS Matrix d.o.o. offers debt collection, debt purchase as well as collection training and consulting to clients in Croatia.

Klaus Engberding, Member of the Board of Directors of the EOS Group with responsibility for Eastern Europe, elucidates the commercial decision: “Many global companies, that operate on the highly developed Croatian business market, are looking for support with their collection processes.” The reason is that personal debt and consumption are high in Croatia. Over 60 per cent of all employees have one or more credits. “International companies want a partner who, like EOS, ensures service quality while preserving the company’s image and customer satisfaction”, Mr Engberding adds. “We believe in the economic performance of the market.”

The Croatian EOS company is headed by Barbara Cerinski. The 36-year-old had been directing the Credit Collection Department of T-Mobile Hrvatska since November 2003. Our clients will benefit from the long term-experience and financial background of the EOS Group.”
