RDK Collection Services, Inc. Acquires Automated Collection Systems, Inc.

RDK Collection Services, Inc., a leading accounts receivable management (ARM) firm, today announced that it has acquired Automated Collection Systems, Inc. headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. Automated Collection Systems, Inc. is also known as Receivables Management, Inc., Rehmann Receivables, LLC and Asset Recovery, founded and owned by Art Nitzsche.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RDK Collection Services, Inc. utilizes its state of the art technology platform to service its clients which include: Financial Institutions, Government, Health Care, Insurance, Internet, Media, Property Management, Retail, Telecommunications, Utilities, etc. Automated Collection Systems, Inc. provided its collection services to the Health Care and Telecommunications Industries.
