After conducting three recruitment events at Fort Benning and one in concert with the Georgia Department of Labor at their Career Center, Prosperity America has identified over 500 high quality applicants.  This effort has yielded twice the number of the company’s 250 seat capacity.  The majority of these applicants have demonstrated abilities for Customer Service, Collections, Customer Acquisition, and Healthcare lines of teleservices.

Prosperity America strives to support those who have dedicated their service to this country by creating career opportunities to Veterans, Disabled Vets, Active Duty military family members and the communities that support them.  Our mission is to target jobs currently being outsourced overseas to fill these job opportunities.

In keeping with this mission, our call center is located in Midland, GA, within close proximity to Fort Benning.  Through these recruiting efforts, Prosperity America has hundreds of candidates that are mission oriented, disciplined and can achieve the goals needed to deliver high quality call center services and therefore bring jobs back to the United States.  We will be working with the United States Department of Veterans Services, local educational institutes, and disabled veterans organizations to provide support, training and career paths for these candidates.  These combined resources and strong talent pool will ensure that Prosperity America delivers quality services that will outperform those offered by overseas competitors.

“I am confident that we will fulfill our mission given the outstanding resources of military trained personnel and a community that wholly supports our mission," said Catherine Mobilian, one of the co-founders of Prosperity America.

Prosperity America, Inc is a broad based teleservices and call center company whose founders are a group of experienced executives with wide service industry backgrounds.  Our company is concerned that the BPO and Teleservices space is not being used to support and develop productive jobs for our own citizens.  Rather, tens of thousands of jobs are being migrated to places like India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and elsewhere.  This is the economic climate to which thousands of our service people, some disabled in the wars Iraq and Afghanistan are returning.  Is it fair that those who have served unflinchingly are subjected to the most difficult employment environment in more than half a century?  We strive to make a difference in a real and quantifiable way. The company believes that our business space is an ideal medium for developing, implementing and bringing this vision to fulfillment.  For more information about our company and the mission it is  dedicated to fulfilling go to www.prosperityamerica.us.com.
