(CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announced today that Acxiom InsightCollect Update, a true waterfall scrub and locate process, is now available directly from within the Collection Resource System™ interface. The inclusion of Acxiom Update will help CRS users make more right party contacts with fewer false positives.
