David Stocker is one of the most experienced legal experts in our industry. He has an impressive resume serving as Assistant Ohio Attorney General, General Counsel at the Ohio Student Loan Commission, General Revenue Corporation, Pioneer Credit, Account Control Technology and Associate General Counsel for Sallie Mae. David is also committed to sustaining the Perkins program for colleges and universities, and served in various capacities over 20 years as President and on the Board of Directors for the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations (COHEAO).

He is an accomplished speaker presenting at over 300 conferences and webinars on a variety of topics including bankruptcy, compliance, and collection costs, FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA. David is a nationally recognized speaker and authority on numerous topics related to the collection industry and higher education.
