HOV Services, a leading BPO Company based in Pune, India, today announced that one of the world’s largest Telecom organizations has signed an agreement to use its OASIS Transaction Management system.

Under the terms of the deal, the telecom giant will use OASIS to manage and audit accounts receivables assigned to collection agencies and attorneys servicing bad debt throughout the US. The solution will be implemented via an ASP model, which will earn license fees from the Telecomm company and its outside collection agencies…

OASIS provides end-to-end transaction management and includes sophisticated modules to strategically distribute accounts to internal departments or to vendors. It also includes tools to work, manage, audit and dynamically analyze inventory.

“We are excited to expand our services to creditors and agencies in the telecom receivables management industry. OASIS has already established an excellent track record in health care by supporting patient business services and bad debt recovery operations,” said Sunil Rajadhyaksha, Executive Director, HOV Services Ltd.

One of the largest emergency medical service providers in the US has been using the OASIS platform since 2001 to manage receivables in excess of one and a half billion dollars.

According to Rajadhyaksha, OASIS provides a web-based suite of programs that are scalable and can be customized by the business sector.

“We follow an ASP model and our customers can use OASIS’s secure web-based portal to manage billing, customer service and collections operations,” he said.
