Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) proudly announces the addition of Troy Ortega to ACT’s Operations Team.  As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Ortega manages ACT’s collection operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.  He provides tactical and strategic oversight of ACT’s operational facilities to ensure efficiency, performance, and contract competitiveness.

Mr. Ortega possesses 15 years of portfolio management, collections, and call center operations experience. Prior to joining ACT, Mr. Ortega served as Vice President of Apex Financial, a call center facility in Tempe, Arizona, where he was a key player in the development of the company’s policies and procedures.  His accomplishments include achieving significant revenue growth and providing training and guidance for the management team all within a relatively short period. Previous to Apex Financial, Mr. Ortega advanced through several high-level operational management positions at General Revenue Corporation, a Sallie Mae subsidiary.
