Over the weekend, TouchStar announced that it was the recipient of “Best in Class Outbound Solution,” “Best in Class Industry Solution,” and a high commendation award for “Best of the Best in Customer Service” at the 2nd Annual Contact Center World Awards held in Orlando.  TouchStar was presented with the three awards at the Contact Center World Awards Gala earlier in the month. 

The first award the company received was the Highly Commended award for “Best of the Best in Customer Service in the Americas.”  A panel of industry judges selected TouchStar for the award.  TouchStar attributes being selected to its devotion to its Core Value: “A client gives us a gift of trust.  We honor that gift be serving them with integrity, passion, relentless effort, and sound processes.” 

Unlike the Highly Commended recognition from Contact Center World, the Members’ Choice Awards are based purely on the quality of feedback from Contact Center World members and end users of the solutions.  TouchStar’s clients showed their loyalty and support for TouchStar by going online to www.contactcenterworld.com to vote for TouchStar’s products and services.

Because of the great response received from TouchStar’s clients, the company received awards in two categories:  Members’ Choice “Best in Class Industry Solution”, and Members’ Choice “Best in Class Outbound Solution.”
