This annual survey of 872 outsourcing companies in 63 countries has been published in ‘The Black Book of Outsourcing,’ a comprehensive guide and publication for the outsourcing industry.


The Brown-Wilson survey measured CEO commitment, human capital performance and best practices, corporate direction, leadership impact, client and employee satisfaction and organizational excellence. More than 16,000 qualified outsourcing purchasers, users and corporate employees responded to the survey.
