Mobile Tele Communications Ltd. said on Tuesday that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for acquisition of a BPO facility in Mumbai from Quantum eServices Pvt. Ltd. The BPO facility is located at Malad (West) and has a capacity of 550 seats spread over an area of 36,000 sq. ft. The company is presently involved in debt collection business, Mobile Tele said.
