Executive Change: Gary Moore Named Associate Partner at The Intelitech Group

Vancouver, Wash - The Intelitech Group, a business consulting practice and technology solutions provider for the collection industry, today announced the appointment of Gary Moore as Associate Partner.  Moore is joining The Intelitech Group to help collection agencies optimize the Acumen! business analytics suite to improve collector productivity and agency profitability.

Acumen! is a business analytics suite that offers critical solutions and tools designed to help agencies be more successful in their collection efforts, and improve profitability. The suite includes highly accurate and competitive scoring data, a performance dashboard to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and an easy-to-read graphical reporting tool.

A collection industry veteran with 15 years of experience leading teams that help clients successfully install new collection software systems, Moore’s consulting efforts will focus, in particular, on helping clients profile accounts, match work effort with potential ROI, track trends and improve management reporting with Acumen!.
