Toledo, Ohio-based collection agency United Collection Bureau, Inc. is opening a new office in Tucson, Arizona.

The office, a new Call & Information Technology Center, will initially hire around 100 employees – but has plans to grow to 450 by January of 2008.

"We found Tucson to be the best location for our technology infrastructure as well as an operations center," Sam Rickard, president and CEO of United Collection Bureau Inc., said in a statement. "The stable climate, dependable energy services, and technology resources available in Tucson enabled us to include the IT services to the site as well."
