Merchants? Credit Guide Co., the nation?s fastest growing debt collection agency, announces the opening of its new call center in July 2006.

The focus of business at Merchants? Credit Guide?s new call center will be consumer and commercial debt collection. The new facility for the accounts receivable management firm will be located in Phoenix, Arizona at 3137 E. Elwood Street, Suite 170.

While many debt collector and ARM agencies are outsourcing jobs overseas, Merchants? Credit Guide believes in hiring from within the United States. The debt collector has partnered with landlord RREEF to build a world class call center in Phoenix, which was designed by DFDia.

As one of the most highly respected design firms in the valley, DFDia has recently created state-of-the-art call centers for Wells Fargo and Global Crossing. Opening in July 2006, Merchants? Credit Guide?s new call center will consist of 15,000 square feet, house 150 collector stations and initially employ approximately 40 account managers.

Located on the same street as the University of Phoenix Headquarters, Merchants? Credit Guide?s new call center is located in proximity to Arizona State University and Mesa Community College. This location emphasizes Merchants? Credit Guide?s commitment to helping its team members achieve their educational and career goals, ultimately improving upon their opportunities in life.

In the spirit of partnership with these associates, Merchants? Credit Guide has developed workspaces conducive to studying and learning, enabling team members to further their educational goals.
