NCO Group, one of the largest ARM and BPO providers in the world, has entered a partnership with the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) of the Philippines to offer employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the country.

The agreement calls for NCO to hire PWDs as call center agents to be deployed in operation centers located in Quezon City, Fort Bonifacio, Marikina, Sta. Mesa, and Clark, Pampanga, according to a press release from the NCDA.

NCO said that in order to qualify for possible employment, persons with disabilities should be at a least high school graduate, 18 years old and above, with excellent English communication skills and computer literacy. NCO said that those who will be hired will receive an attractive basic pay, 20 percent night differential, rice allowance, free meal per shift, paid training, medical and life insurance, referral bonuses, performance incentives, and bonus potential.

Interested PWDs should submit their applications and resume by email at council@ncda.gov.ph for pre-screening.
