Allied Interstate plans to relocate its call center to Cheektowaga, NY and add 250 jobs over the next three years, Gov. George Pataki’s office announced Wednesday.

Allied will move from Amherst, NY into a vacant supermarket on Dick Road, south of George Urban Boulevard, said Glynis Gotwald, a spokeswoman for the Empire State Development Corp.

The company plans to complete its move by the end of the year, state official said.

Allied is a subsidiary of New York City-based IntelliRisk Management Corp., which specializes in collections, accounts receivable management and customer retention.
