Collection software provider and call center operator Admerex Group is re-branding its suite of products under the name Xpert Solutions, Kim Goodall, chairman of the Sydney, Australia-based firm told insideARM.com during a recent visit to the U.S.

The new brand is designed to highlight and better present the firm’s three major product groups that now rely heavily on the “X” theme. The units include CWX Management Software for receivables and recoveries programs; the Management Services group that provides CCX contact centers and CSX consulting services; and the Specialty Applications group that offers SPX payment and RBX retail bank management services.

Admerex operates in 27 countries worldwide providing services in six major languages, has seven offices in Australia, the U.S., United Kingdom, Philippines, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates, and its stock trades on the Australian Stock Exchange (ADL). Goodall said the firm has about 160 clients including ABN AMRO, Georgia Power, Standard Chartered Group, and Hutchison Telecom.

Admerex offers services along the complete credit and debt life cycle including acquisition, receivables, delinquency, and charge off/recovery.

Goodall focused on the 360-seat contact center that Admerex opened in Manila last August. The firm uses about 180 of the seats, holds some for expansion and outsources the rest, he said. The center runs 24/7allowing it to serve domestic, regional and international clients.

Admerex chose to build in the Philippines because its culture is Westernized and better suited to develop agents that have the personality and skills needed for collections, he said.

“If you are in ARM, if you are asking for money, you need a consultative approach,” said Goodall. In addition the Philippine accent is closer to that of the U.S. accent, said Goodall.

Admerex offers several pricing models. On a per seat basis, the Manila center charges about $1,600 a month, compared with $3,000 in the U.S., said Goodall.

The Manila center also uses Admerex software, giving the firm a real-world laboratory for product usefulness and quality. Goodall said the software division is currently Admerex’s largest but the firm plans to expand its services side.
