Young Collection Agency Announces Major Expansion

Despite opening its doors only 2 1/2 years ago, Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, LLC today announced it is relocating its office as of Monday, December 5th. The new corporate headquarters will be located at 5440 N Cumberland Ave, Suite 300 Chicago, IL 60656-1490. This new location is one block south of its current office and will provide room for a workforce of more than 300, 85% of which will be collection desks.

The new 25,000 square-foot call center offers employees state-of-the-art training facilities, upgraded office equipment, and a full range of breakroom amenities. With a strong focus on security, privacy, and disaster recovery, the office also offers a secured reception area, separate interview room, magnetic swipe entrances, and video cameras at all secured entry points, external and internal. With over twice the square footage of the previous space, the new Chicago location represents yet another stage of Leading Edge’s stated growth strategy.

“The new facility is designed to house 256 recovery specialists with an option for an additional 25,000 square feet in the future. This provides us the ability to sustain our current rate of growth and the flexibility to increase FTE to meet our client’s needs,” said Bryan Lubeck, Chief Operating Officer. “We feel secure in our ability to expand should a new opportunity present itself.”

In addition to the office move, Leading Edge also announced new members to its management team. Peter Langerock, Director of Operations, is a 12 year veteran of the industry. At HSBC for the past 9 years, Peter oversaw several different departments and managed several hundred people. Joining Leading Edge as the General Manager is Brian Witon who has 9 years of industry experience and previously filled the same position at American Recovery Systems, a 300 employee national collection agency. “Both are experienced collection professionals and have years of valuable experience which will serve our clients well,” said Bryan Lubeck. “We have previous work experience with both of them and are excited to have them join us.”
