Executive Change: Patrick Kelly to Vision Financial Corp as SVP, Operations

Vision Financial Corp. announces the addition of Patrick Kelly to its Operations Department as Senior Vice President of Operations.  He is expected to support three operations centers offering domestic and nearshore service delivery of collections, billing support, and account receivables management.

Kelly possesses extensive product knowledge within Education & Banking/Finance sectors with over 16 years of outsourcing leadership experience.  He has managed multi-site operations with staffing to 250 employees. Many client projects expanded to multiple portfolios or additional service functions as a result of performance under his oversight.

Kelly’s career in outsourcing management began with OSI where he spent eight years after attending the Ohio State University. He then moved on to engagements at several Sallie Mae subsidiaries and even helped expand a national Business Process Outsourcer’s footprint in Columbus, Ohio. He’ll move to Western Illinois area with his family and assume responsibility for operational performance in all three centers located in Rockford, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; and San Jose, Costa Rica.
