Quad Corporation Expands Collection Call Center Facility and Adds New Partners

Quad Corporation is expanding its operations in the Quad Cities (Iowa). The locally owned collection firm recently celebrated 10 years in business and is now relocating to a larger facility in Paul Revere Square and adding two new Partners, Matt Sharer and Mark Meyer Jr. who bring many years of local collection and credit experience to the organization.

“The last year has seen tremendous growth in the Quad Cities market. With so many new businesses the need for a quality local provider of collection services continues to grow. Last year we experienced a 285% increase in overall business,” says owner Ronald May.

Matthew Sharer has over 14 years of local credit and collection experience. He is a 1991 graduate of Marquette University with a BA degree in Business Administration and Finance. Matt is a Certified Healthcare Collection Specialist and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, Medical Group Management Association, and the Rotary Club of Moline.

Mark A. Meyer, Jr. serves as Operations Manager and has over 12 years experience in the credit and collection industry and in general management. He received his Bachelor’s degree and his MBA specializing in management from Southern California University and graduated with high honors, Magna Cum Laude. He also holds advanced designations as Master Credit Executive, Healthcare Collection Specialist, Professional Collection Specialist, and Certified Commercial Collector.
