Ontario Systems announced today it is providing on demand access to its Knowledge Base for its customers. The first of its kind for the receivables management industry, the Knowledge Base expands the resources available to the community running on Ontario Systems’ platform.

The Knowledge Base contains thousands of searchable documents offering answers and solutions to perform specific actions. Customers now have access to Ontario Systems’ knowledge base around-the-clock. The Knowledge Base can be used to immediately answer questions or improve clients’ system operations.

“This development gives our customers access to thousands of solutions and over 4000 person-years of collective experience in developing and maintaining collection systems,” says Jay Moorman, Ontario Systems’ vice president of client services.

“It represents another important step in our commitment to customer service and our investment in our clients’ success,” said Tony Hart, Ontario Systems’ director, support services. “It’s an additional support channel and is free of charge to all clients.”

All Ontario Systems’ clients can access the Knowledge Base through the online Client Resource Center. The CRC and the Knowledge Base are always available, ensuring clients can find answers to their questions at no additional charge at any time.

“We are grateful for the trust placed in us by our market-leading clients. We remain committed to helping them grow their business opportunities using exceptional technology and around-the-clock access to a community of experts,” said Hart.

The Knowledge Base supplements, not replaces, the Ontario Systems Product Support Center. It can still be accessed through the Ontario Systems’ call center or by logging an investigation online.

The Knowledge Base increases access to “the vital information we share with our customers, and as far as we know it is the first of a kind in this industry,” said Moorman.

Ontario Systems provides debt collection software to organizations that manage large volumes of accounts receivables. As the largest provider of receivables management products, including the Artiva, FACS and Guaranteed Contacts systems, Ontario Systems is recognized throughout the industry as the leader in technology and customer service. With operations in Indiana and Ohio, it is a privately held company headquartered in Muncie, Ind.
