IAT announces it will release version 7.0 of CT Center, its site-premised product, at the IAT Annual User Conference in April.

A Utah-based dialing technology company, IAT provides both site-premised and hosted dialing solutions for the collection industry. CT Center combines both predictive dialer and broadcast messaging capabilities on a single Windows® platform. It’s scalable to fit any agency’s size and needs and is the successor of IAT’s legacy predictive dialer, Smartdial.®

CT Center 7.0 features include new IC dialogues, an improved text-to-speech product interface and the ability to encrypt stored payment data for improved data security and more.

“We pay attention to our customers’ dialing technology needs and wishes and it shows in the features of CT Center 7.0,” Dave Rudd, IAT President, said. “I am pleased with how CT Center 7.0 came together and am eager to hear our customers’ feedback and generate more ideas for the next version.”

At the user conference, IAT staff will train customers on the new features and their benefits to the collections process. Other sessions include an “Ask the IAT Experts” panel, guest speakers on the collections industry, analytics, legal issues, and an Open Forum Roundtable where customers can provide feedback about the technology and suggest improvements.

The IAT User Conference is scheduled for April 14 – 17, 2009, New Orleans, LA. It is open to all IAT Customers. For more information, please visit https://www.iat-cti.com/register.asp.
